Inspired by the vision of Poojya Gurudev SriSri RaviShankarji, for a stress free,
violence free world! Offering at the Lotus Feet of Poojya Gurudev as Guru Dakshina!
Jai Guru Dev!
I offer my heartfelt gratitude to all the Art of Living teachers who have guided me on the spiritual path for over 25 years, as a regular sadhak practicing Sudarshan Kriya and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation.
I bow in reverence for the guidance and blessings of all Swamijis and senior teachers.
Special thanks to Sri. S. Venugopalji, for his brotherly support as I started the SAGE workshops.
My gratitude extends to Magic of Change and Shri. Mohammed Rafi, from whom I learned the NLP component of SAGE; to North Carolina University, USA, for the course in Positive Psychology; and to Madras University for my M.Sc. in Psychology.
My sincere appreciation goes to my teachers of Computer Science and Engineering and to the leaders of various organizations I have worked with — from computer programmer to general manager — each contributing to my learning and growth.
As I have retired as an AICTE Senior Lecturer in Computer Engineering, I express gratitude to my mentors, colleagues, and students across various Polytechnics in Kerala who helped shape the Neural Mind Architect in me.
I was also blessed to be guided by Dr. Anil Sahasrabudheji, Chairman of the National Educational Technology Forum (NETF), NAAC Executive Committee, and NBA, in AICTE Headquarters in 2022, whose vision and leadership in education have been a source of inspiration on my professional journey.
A special mention to Michael Brown from Philander Smith College, Arkansas, USA, who approached me for guidance in Indian philosophy—specifically the Gita and Bhagavatham. That exchange opened my eyes to their deeper relevance in today’s global context.
I have been fortunate to attend scriptural discourses by many revered Swamis and eloquent orators, whose words have illuminated my understanding and deepened my reverence for the timeless wisdom of our scriptures. My deepest gratitude to each of them for kindling devotion, insight, and inner transformation.
Many people have asked me about the relevance of the Gita and other scriptures in modern times, and I have found deep joy in sharing their profound connection with psychotherapy and mental well-being. My heartfelt thanks to all who inspired these reflections.
With love and appreciation to all who have shared their testimonials and supported my journey — and to my family and friends whose prayers and blessings always envelop me —
Pranams to the Guru Parampara!!!
Love and Prayers,
Jayasree
